I created cutematchbooks.com to offer a place for those looking for just that — cute matchbooks. This store is an offshoot of humbleabodeusa.com. Here’s what happened…

In 2024, I launched my own line of clean fragrance on my website (humbleabodeusa.com), which up until then sold home decor (including cute matchbooks, which by far sold the best).

I tried to gain traction with my fragrance line on humbleabodeusa.com, but there’s been one problem: everyone visiting my site is there to buy matchbooks!

Algorithms are important for web traffic, and it was clear Google thought my website was a matchbook store, not a fragrance store. So, I was stuck.

While I love being a destination for cute matchbooks — because I love them too and I know they’re hard to find — I had my heart and soul poured into my fragrance line, so I had to give it the best chance at success.

So, at the start of 2026, I made a big decision: to separate out the cute matchbooks and create a separate store just for them. So, welcome to cutematchbooks.com!
